Three Days

There is a lot that can change in just a short amount of time. There is always the time where our minds convince us that how we feel or what we are experiencing now is how it will be forever. Then there is the point where it’s over. The worst has passed and you made it through.

I think about the disciples following the the burial of Jesus. They were convinced that the man they were following was gone forever. This was it, the last 3 years a possible waste despite all they had seen and experienced. 3 days pass and things change, forever. They changed for the disciples and they changed for the world. Those 3 days turned everything upside down. They, even though they took place over 2,000 years ago radically changed my life today. I am new in who Jesus is!

So, I’m thankful for those trials because I know there is something waiting at the end and it will change everything!
