It’s crazy how much influence some people can have on you. They become someone you are excited to go and see again no matter how much time has passed. Then, hidden things rise to the surface that you never knew were there, they disappear from your life and all of the memories begin to burn. Some you set fire to and others are so close in relational they are set ablaze as well.
There are a lot of things in life that hurt, that burn. But I believe God can redeem all things. He can heal the hurt, can soothe the burns, and bring new life into broken and scorched places!
